4x Made Easy is it a complete scam?

4x Made Easy -- the definitive argument
To be honest !!! So far, going by what I've read on the web, NO ONE has made a good case AGAINST 4X Made Easy
On the other end, I've found two different Yahoo Groups communities dedicated entirely to 4X Made Easy and have a combined membership of over 10,000 members.
Some things to consider for those who are attracted to 4X Made Easy. Have any of you ever met a bank that liked to give away money for free? Or that, given all the millions or billions of dollars it has, didn't care if maybe a few thousand here and there go unaccounted for?

Well, those who think you can sit down and with a few months of training arbitrage Forex are essentially arguing the above. The only way you will ever win on a Forex trade with this perspective is in the case that you've outsmarted the professional traders and financial analysts who work for the world's most prestigious financial institutions. Which means, large private banks and central banks don't care if they loose money because accross the board they hire house painters and bakers with no background in economics or finance and train them for two months to analyze the worlds most complex macroeconomic puzzle. That's the only way that Billy Bob and Sarah Sue from Texes with six months or even ten years of training stand a chance at skillfully outmenuevering the Bank of Japan and the Bank of London.

You also must understand that there is no way to prove or disprove the viability of a trading strategy -- that's why trading seminars and courses are so prolific. In fact, it doesn't matter at all whether you get feedback from John and Mary saying that they made a hundred thousand dollars last year using the 4X made easy system. It doesn't matter if Bob and Jane say they lost 100 Gs using it.

In the fine print of the purchase agreement, it states that the refund can not be given after attending the one day training, and this policy was never ever mentioned during the seminar or the one day training class. They only mentioned the 30 days money back guarantee and to take the one day training class as soon as possible so that the purchaser of the software could start learning how to trade faster and make tons of money. I missed the fine print and got screwed for the price of the software.

Was I pissed? Hell, yes. It was my mistake and I learned to live with it.

Now whenever I see their infomercial, all I hear is lies and misleading representations.

4X Made Easy Scam is a program that teaches people to trade foreign currency, through the Forex market online, to make a lot of money.
It is owned by a Texas-based company claiming that people can make lots of easy money by buying the company's software program, which is sold in seminars around the country, 4-X-Made Easy.
Most people pay between 1 and 3 thousand dollars for the software, and one day of training.
However, most people are claiming that they are not making any money, and when they have complained to the company about this, they are told that they need more training and should pay another $1,000 for another class.
There are also hundreds of dollars in additional hidden fees for services, every month.
The company invites prospective clients to attend a free 2 hour (spot) foreign currency workshop to learn; what the (spot) Forex is, why you haven't heard much about it until now, how much easier the (spot) Forex is to trade then the stock market, how you can get started trading the (spot) Forex with little money, and proper diversification and how the (spot) Forex can help you achieve your financial goals.
Company Executives claim that they have hundreds of successful clients, but when asked by Fox31 News investigators to produce some, they responded by producing 4 customers, and that they did not have the time to find any more.
As Fox31 News put it, "So the question remains if the software works so well-and is so easy-why aren't these guys sitting back making millions instead of selling you the software??"
